Welcome to the Nanny Alliance of New York and New Jersey, a support group founded by nannies for nannies. We are an independent group and have no ties to any agency or nonprofit group. We welcome full-time, part time, career, and temporary nannies. Nannies from CT and PA are more then welcome to join us! Our Mission: To provide area nannies with the personal and professional support needed on all levels. We believe that people who are employed as nannies, either as a full-time career, on a temporary basis, or those who are considering the rites of "nanny hood", need the opportunity to tap into the perspective and experience of other’s in the nanny profession. Every nanny needs a community in which to network, vent, learn, share, problem-solve, and socialize.
